Communication Integration is currently administrating and managing all technology infrastructure for the University of Miami / Project Medishare Hospital in Port-au-Prince Haiti. The partnership with Project Medishare is a culmination of CI’s efforts throughout the years in Haiti, and is an exciting and rewarding venture.
In addition to managing Project Medishare’s technology infrastructure, CI has participated in the following activities:
– Telehealth video conferencing: CI has setup a system in cooperation with various partners that allows the physicians at Project Medishare in Port-au-Prince to consult with specialists at the University of Miami
– Teleconference for patients and families: CI was proud to team up with the Miami Dolphins, Sun Life Financial and Cisco Systems to reunite 12 Project Medishare patients with their families in Miami. Nine of the patients were children who came to South Florida for medical care.
